Shipping & Returns
Every order is packed by hand in Houston. Below is exactly what to expect from the moment you check out — through delivery, and after.
Processing time
Orders ship within 2–3 business days of being placed. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
During small-batch restocks or sale periods, processing can run a day longer. If your order is impacted, we will email you directly.
Domestic shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is sent via USPS First-Class or Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days from when the label is created.
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $60. Orders under $60 ship at a flat $5 rate.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed automatically the moment your label is generated. If you do not see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email hello@pithskin.co and we will resend it.
International shipping
We are not yet shipping outside the United States. If you would like Pith Skin to reach your country, send us a note — we are tracking demand and adding regions one at a time.
Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and the product within 48 hours and email hello@pithskin.co with your order number. We will replace the affected items at no cost.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please wait 48 hours (occasional carrier scans run early), then reach out and we will help open a USPS claim and re-ship if needed.
Returns
Because deodorant is a personal-care product, we can only accept returns on unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, email hello@pithskin.co with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping is not refundable.
If a stick simply is not working for your skin, write to us anyway — small batches mean we can often suggest the right next move.
