3. Product Information, Pricing, and Orders

• Product descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all of our small-batch products. However, because our deodorants are handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, and scent intensity are natural and expected between batches — not defects.
• Pricing: All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be added at checkout.
• Order acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability. If we reject your order, we will notify you and issue a refund for any payment already processed.
• Order confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted. Your order is not complete until it ships.

4. Payment and Billing

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Shopify Payments). You represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your payment provider.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times and costs are estimates and may vary.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
• For international orders, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because our products are personal-care items handcrafted in small batches, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Cancellations are accepted only before an order ships.

Opened or partially used products are non-returnable. If anything arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days at hello@pithskin.co and we will make it right.

7. User Content and Submissions

You may submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and modify it for any purpose related to our business.

You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with our Prohibited Conduct rules (Section 9). We may remove or refuse any User Content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is owned by Pith Skin Co. or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Our trademarks, including Pith Skin and related logos, may not be used without permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or other users’ accounts.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access and reporting to authorities where appropriate.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
